Shipping

Where do you currently ship to?

Currently we ship to United States, Canada (where we are from!), and Europe.

Do you use plastic-free packaging when shipping your products?

Yes, our products will be shipped in a craft paper envelope or a cardboard box - we try to minimize our impact on the environment by using recycled materials during shipping.

What is your shipping time?

Shipping to Canada and US is typically 4-5 business days. Shipping to Europe is 5-10 business days.

I ordered my product and it never arrived! What do I do?

Shipping mishaps are rare but they do happen. If you haven't received your product - please drop us a line @ product@bambear.com - we are more than happy to refund you or issue a replacement order!

What should I do if I am not happy with the quality of the product I received?

We stand by our product, but if doesn't live up to your expectations we are more than happy to issue a refund or an exchange. For hygienic reasons, we are not able to accept returns.

Are you partnering with any charities / non-profits?

Can I find your products in a retail store?

We have recently launched a pilot partnership with Unboxed Market - a #zerowaste store in Toronto, Ontario. Stay tuned as we are looking to add more retailers to our partner list.
